Solaris Private Wealth Management was founded with the fundamental belief that all investors, regardless of the size of their portfolio, need a trusted advisor they can turn to for all of their financial management needs. During my tenure at a large national stockbrokerage, I witnessed too many salespeople pitching the latest financial products who were more concerned with their own commissions than the financial well being of their clients. That is why I created Solaris as a “fee only” investment advisory firm. Not only do we have a fiduciary or legal responsibility to act in the best interests of our clients, we do not earn any revenue from the commissions generated by our accounts. At Solaris, our clients are provided unmatched integrity coupled with the highest level of client service all focused on our desire to assist them achieve their financial goals.

We utilize the custodian services of Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co. Through Schwab, we have access to over 3,000 top-rated no-load, no-commission mutual funds and ETFs and a proven leader in the RIA business with more than $1.2 Trillion in RIA assets.

As a community focused individual, I co-founded the Viper Nation Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that stimulates academic excellence for students in Austin’s Four Point’s community in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through private funding.
